Manage payments

You can sell your courses on account and manually distribute additions.

Coachy, however, also allows you to automate payments and the creation of accesses after a purchase. For this, we offer interfaces to various payment providers and store systems:

• Digistore24
• CopeCart
• Shopify via Zapier
• WooCommerce via Zapier
• PayPal directly through Zapier

We recommend you to use one of the two payment providers (Digistore24 or Copecart). The big advantage is that they work through a reseller model. This means that the official contractual partner/product seller is Digistore24 or CopeCart - so your customer will also receive the invoice from them. In return, they keep a commission and forward the rest of the payment to you.

This way you get a collected credit from the German payment provider and you don't have to worry about the rest of the processing - especially the correct posting of taxes for foreign customers. This takes a lot of administrative work off your shoulders. We use Digistore24 ourselves, so we can concentrate on the essentials: Great products for our customers.

Another advantage of payment providers: You can individually set which payment options you want to make available to your customers (PayPal, direct debit, credit card, instant bank transfer, prepayment or Google Pay).
