If you are a coach, you can log in via https://my.coachy.net/ as well as via the login screen of your member area: https://yourmemberarea.coachy.net/login
If you have forgotten your password, have a new one created using the appropriate text link in the login screen.
If you have set up an automated access, for example via Digistore24 or Copecart, your customer will receive the access data from us by e-mail. In any case, please also check the SPAM folder.
Alternatively, you can create and send your customer a new password in the member view via the edit mode.

No, this is not possible. Coachy does not have a wordpress plugin. You can use a separate (sub-)domain for your members area if you don't want ".coachy" in the domain (available from Coachy Deluxe). However, from experience this is not relevant for your customers.
You can change the members area to English in the general settings (click on gear icon, tab General) under the item Language.
Yes, this is possible. To do so, go to your member area and click on the Gear menu item Settings in the upper right corner. In the tab General you can change the name of your member area as well as your desired domain at any time. Please note that old links will no longer work and you should inform your members about the new domain. The access data of your members will remain unchanged.
Yes, via an iframe you can also add your own content to your member area, e.g. presentations from Slideshare.
All members who have already registered and received their login credentials will still retain their free access and access to your course.
