How does Digistore24 work?

Digistore24 offers you the possibility to sell digital products and to map affiliate programs. Digistore24 takes care of the payment processing and the complete accounting - so you have nothing more to do with accounting. The payment provider automatically calculates the correct VAT, generates the invoice for your customers and issues you a credit note for your sales. This allows you to focus completely on your video course.

Now when you connect Digistore24 to Coachy, they can communicate with each other. 

So if someone buys your video course through Digistore24, it means that Coachy will automatically create a new member and this new member will be billed through Digistore24 - so the official contract partner is Digistore24. After the purchase or payment has been made at Digistore24, the new member is automatically redirected to the registration page of Coachy - i.e. your member area - and can log in there immediately and get started. The great thing: this works even at 3 o'clock in the morning, without you having to do anything. Simple, isn't it?

When you sell products through Digistore24, you are acting as a so-called "vendor". Therefore, it is recommended to keep the view in Digistore24 set to "Vendor". Using the menu items Account and Products, you can create products and, if desired, store individualized order forms for these products, integrate all common payment methods for online orders (e.g. direct debit, PayPal, credit card, etc.), set up payment plans (e.g. for subscription models and installment payments) and much more. 

The item contracts might be interesting for you if you want to enter into partnerships with other business partners directly via Digistore24 - so-called joint venture contracts. For joint sales that take place through Digistore24, a pre-determined percentage is then paid to the respective partners on their Digistore24 accounts. A very convenient and simple way to automatically settle such JV partnerships among themselves. 

In addition, the marketplace will be very interesting for you as a vendor, because Digistore24 offers you access to thousands of potential affiliates who are willing to market your product for you in exchange for commission. You can set this commission freely. Make sure that you present your products appropriately in the marketplace to attract potential partners and affiliates. 

In the Reports section you can view various statistics about your sales, customers and affiliates. 

Under Settings, among other things, it is interesting that Digistore24 offers order form tracking. For example, you can place Facebook ads and track your orders in Digistore24. In addition, you can grant account access to third parties - this is an advantage when your team is growing and you want to be able to track your orders in Digistore24.
