4leads

Scroll down in your members area settings under the Connections tab until you see the Autoresponder item. Click on Add Autoresponder and select 4leads. You will now need an API access or API key.

You can get this in your 4leads account under Account => API. Please note that this function is only available in a paid account with 4leads. Click New API Key and give it a name so you can assign it later - e.g. "Coachy". Set the status of the key to activated and save. Now you will see the key and you can add it to Coachy and save it. Coachy and 4leads are now connected to each other.

Now you can configure 4leads in the respective settings of your courses under the tab Access . To do this, click on the Gear and then on the new menu item 4leads and Privacy. 

There you can select to transfer email addresses from Coachy to 4leads, whether and which double optin process you want to use, and whether to optionally tag participants in your courses about access.

All necessary data is automatically transferred from 4leads to Coachy. So if a double optin process or a tag is not shown, please create them in 4leads beforehand.

In addition, you can still set whether a privacy checkbox should be displayed and how it should look. This is important if you create a free account and save the contact at 4leads to use it further - for example for newsletters. For this you need the consent of the prospect in advance.
